Binding Agreement. These Terms govern your use of https://securityagencyalpharetta.com. By accessing the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
Services. Aries Security provides Private Event Security, Armed Security Company, Residential Security, Commercial Security, Hotel Security and related services. Service descriptions on the Site are for general informational purposes; specific scope, pricing, and timelines are confirmed in writing prior to engagement.
Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.
Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.
Ownership. Aries Security (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.
Payment Terms. Pricing is communicated in writing prior to engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is set in your service agreement.
Suspension. Site access may be suspended or terminated for any reason, including violation of these Terms, with or without prior notice.
Warranty Disclaimer. Aries Security makes no representations or warranties about the Site or its content. Your use of the Site is solely at your own risk.
Limitation. In no event will Aries Security's liability exceed amounts paid to it during the preceding twelve months. Indirect and consequential damages are excluded.
Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aries Security from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
Law and Venue. GA law applies to these Terms. Any action arising from these Terms shall be filed in courts of competent jurisdiction in GA.
Updates. Aries Security reserves the right to update these Terms. The current version is always available on this Site, and continued use signifies acceptance.
